Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, account type (brand, agency, or creator), industry category, and primary platform selection.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the service, including scoring history, uploaded creative files, interactions with your Priority Fixes, and feature usage patterns.

Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe retains payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain records of that communication.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Prelumo service
• Process your scoring submissions and return results
• Send transactional emails including account confirmations and support responses
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
• Process subscription billing through Stripe

We do not use your uploaded creative files for any purpose other than generating your Creative Intelligence Score. Your creative submissions are not used to train machine learning models, shared with third parties, or used for any marketing or advertising purposes.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

3. Infrastructure and Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate the Service. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services to us and are contractually obligated to protect your information.

Categories of providers we use include:

• Database and authentication providers: Store account information and manage secure login
• File storage providers: Store uploaded creative files during the scoring process
• AI and machine learning providers: Process uploaded creative to generate scoring analysis
• Payment processors: Handle subscription billing and payment information
• Email delivery providers: Send transactional and support emails
• Analytics providers: Track product usage to improve the Service
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: Serve the application and process requests

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded creative files are retained for the period necessary to complete scoring and display results in your account history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@mail.getprelumo.com.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission, row-level security on our database, and access controls on file storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International Users

Prelumo is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you have rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR respectively, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@mail.getprelumo.com.

7. Cookies

Prelumo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
