We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Creative assets you upload are processed to generate Creative Intelligence Scores and are not used to train our models or shared with third parties.

We may use your email address to send you service-related communications, product updates, and, with your consent, marketing communications.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Creative assets you upload are stored in encrypted cloud storage and are accessible only to you and authorized Prelumo personnel for support purposes.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Third-party services

We use third-party services to operate our platform, including Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Anthropic for AI-powered analysis. Each of these providers maintains their own privacy practices and we share only the data necessary for them to provide their services.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you or object to certain uses of your data.
